Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once your order is placed on CANVAS online store it will be reviewed in 24 hours. Orders will be dispatched within 5 to 7 working days upon us receiving your order
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Weekend Days and Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day
  • We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the product descriptions, product images, pricing, promotions, availability, ingredients or other information or content on the Website. Any orders placed via the Website are not considered accepted until we have shipped the order. We cannot confirm the price of an item until an order has shipped. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. We will not charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. If we cancel any orders after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount charged. CANVAS Beauty International Limited reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions

 

DELIVERY SERVICES

SF Express (Hong Kong, SAR of China and Macau, SAR of China only)

 

SHIPPING FEE

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on CANVAS official online store,

  • Hong Kong, SAR of China: Free shipping on every order over HK$500; Macau, SAR of China: Free shipping on every order over HK$1,000
  • HK$50 delivery fee will be charged for order below designated amount

 

AREAS IN SERVICE

  • Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands). This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands
  • P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address
  • An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address

 

STANDARD SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days. For remote areas, it might take extra 1-2 business days
  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
  • Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including public holidays)
  • Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions
  • Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. CANVAS is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements
  • Shipping to outlying islands may take two additional days for delivery
  • All orders must be signed for on delivery

SHIPMEN TRACKING / CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Please contact SF Express to track your shipment (standard delivery service)
  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded
